Although I ordered around the holidays so delivery was a bit longer the earrings are fantastic. They custom did safety backs for me and communication along the process was fantastic. The diamonds are beautiful and the workmanship is solid. I would highly recommend.

It was a pleasure buying from Ouros. They kept me updated throughout the process with pictures and videos. They even contacted me immediately after my order to confirm all the specs and while the website didn't catch one of my options, they were able to fix it before anything got started. My wife absolutely LOVES the earrings and really loves the fact that they are lab created. We had recently watched a video about how lab created diamonds are made and she mentioned how cool it was and that she'd rather have those than ones from the ground!

The earrings look nice, however order time to delivery was 6+ weeks and alrhough they are listed as IGI certified there is fine print that limits it to certain sizes which is shady and misleading.

I treated myself to this ring for my birthday and ordered it in a custom size. The customer service was outstanding, and the ring is so sparkly and pretty. I'd love if the pink diamonds were a bit darker, but that does not affect my enjoyment of the ring at all. I would definitely order again.
