TIME TO SHIP

Most Delicate Collection and Ready to Ship orders ship within 3-4 business days of placing your order. A Diamond Concierge will contact you within 24-48 hours if your order requires more time to ship. Most Strong Collection orders ship in 4-5 weeks of placing your order.

Purchases of loose diamonds are ready to ship in 3-5 business days. A Diamond Concierge will contact you within 24 hours if your order requires more time to ship.

Bespoke pieces, including engagement pieces, are ready to ship within 3-4 weeks from final design approval, depending on the complexity of the piece. Most designs are approved within 1-2 weeks from the date of deposit placement. Your Diamond Concierge will notify you if your piece requires additional fabrication time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International recipients are responsible for paying all customs duties and import fees. Ouros Jewels is not able to provide estimates or quotations of international import fees.

All Shipments will be shipped through USPS/UPS/EMS. The Tracking comes after 24-48 hours of Parcel ship. You will get delivery in 07-09 working days.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery and may not be left unattended. If a shipping address is different from the billing address, additional documentation may be required.

If you would like to customize any jewelry from my shop, I can happily able to do that but if you want to keep your design private and don't want to publish anywhere (even through our social media) please let us know while placing an order. As it may charge you extra for reserved design. because in major cases we would like to show our custom work with our community,
However, it shows my best craftsmanship when it comes to specially made-to-order pieces.
